Designed for concealed ceiling installation, this ducted air conditioner provides effective and evenly distributed cooling while keeping the indoor unit hidden from view.
With a 12,000 BTU cooling capacity, the AUD-12HX4SVNL is designed for medium-sized rooms and suitable residential and light-commercial applications such as bedrooms, offices, hotel rooms, apartments, clinics and retail spaces.
Unlike conventional wall-mounted split air conditioners, the indoor unit is installed above the ceiling and connected to a duct system. Cooled air can therefore be distributed through multiple vents, giving the room a cleaner appearance and allowing more flexible airflow distribution.
The system uses a non-inverter compressor designed for straightforward, dependable on/off cooling operation. It provides airflow of up to 650 m³/h and has an adjustable external static pressure range of approximately 10–30 Pa, providing flexibility when designing the ductwork.
The AUD-12HX4SVNL also features a washable/high-efficiency air filter, Auto Restart, remote/control-panel operation, and compatibility with fresh-air intake. Its indoor unit is approximately 190 mm high, making it relatively slim for concealed ceiling installations.
The air conditioner uses R410A refrigerant and operates on a 220–240V, single-phase, 50Hz power supply.
