We have been selling electronics in Kenya since 2015 on a simple promise: order online, pay when it reaches you. Keeping that promise is a logistics job, a customer service job and an engineering job all at once — which is roughly what it is like to work here.
Genuine, always
We sell official stock with real warranties. If we cannot stand behind an item, we do not list it — no matter the margin.
Deliver on the promise
Same day in Nairobi, one to three days upcountry. A delivery date is a commitment, not an estimate, and we say so early when something slips.
Answer like a human
Most customers reach us on WhatsApp before they ever click “Add to cart”. Straight answers, honest recommendations, no upselling someone into the wrong TV.
Fix it at the source
A recurring complaint is a process bug. We would rather spend a day removing the cause than a month apologising for the symptom.
