Products and availability
We try to keep descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate. Screen colours and packaging may vary, and manufacturers may change specifications. If a material detail is wrong or an item is unavailable, we will contact you before fulfilment and offer a correction, suitable alternative or cancellation and refund of any amount paid.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement only confirms that we received it; acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods. Before then, we may reject or cancel an order for genuine reasons such as unavailability, inability to verify the order, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices and payment
The price and any delivery charge shown or confirmed before you place the order are the amounts payable, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Do not send card PINs, mobile-money PINs or passwords to us.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree a fixed date. Please provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominated to receive them.
Returns, defects and warranties
Our refunds and returns policy explains the voluntary return window and process. It does not limit any mandatory right or remedy you have under Kenyan law, including for goods that are defective, unsafe, counterfeit or materially different from their description. Manufacturer warranties are additional to, and do not replace, those rights.
Payment plans and third parties
Credit, instalment and saving-plan products may be supplied by independent providers. Their eligibility checks, fees, repayment rules and terms apply separately and are shown before you commit. We may pass the information needed to process your request to the selected provider as described in our privacy policy.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for information submitted through your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, commit fraud, or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the site or the law.
Intellectual property
The site's original text, design, software and branding belong to Kenyatronics or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit that material without permission. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that Kenyan law does not allow us to exclude, or limits your mandatory consumer rights. To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable for an indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. We are not responsible for a failure caused by events genuinely beyond reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect on you.
