Design and display

A36 is the smaller model of the A56 series, but it gets the job done just fine. It has a plastic body, with the back camera being arranged in a vertical manner. Just like most smartphones, this too has a fingerprint scanner at the back, plus it has some beautiful curves at the edges. itel A36 comes in only two colors, gradation blue or gradation black. What’s more, the design is a very important factor when selecting a phone, thus this phone is slim and weighs less.

The itel A36 phone features a slim body build, even with its big battery rated 3020 mAh. Additionally, the display has a full-screen HD of 5.5 inches. However, the screen doesn’t come pre-installed with a gorilla glass protector. 

Hardware and Processor 

itel A36 runs on an SC7731E Quad-core 1.3GHz processor, which is fine considering the price of the phone. It has 1GB RAM with an internal storage of 16 GB. It’s powered by Android Pie (Go edition) that seems to be compatible with the 1GB RAM. The battery is non-removable, thus you must care for it and avoid overcharging. Plus, the itel A36 battery doesn’t have quick charging technology.

The itel A36 comes with a built-in WiFi capability and you can create a Wireless hotspot. This phone supports 2G and 3G networks but doesn’t support 4G. Additionally, it’s operated by UniSoC Spreadtrum with the GPU being the ARM Mali T820 MP1.

Camera

When it comes to the camera, itel A36 boasts 5MP on both the rear and selfie camera. Also, they come with LED flashes. Make memories using the itel A36 camera and take video as well. Remember, it’s not all the time you'll run into an affordable phone with clear camera lighting.

System and software

When it comes to software available in itel A36, you’ll find that since it’s 1GB RAM phone, most apps are GO apps. For example, it comes installed with YouTube Go and WhatsApp. Luckily, these apps runs okay and it’s advised that you shouldn’t install heavy apps to avoid lagging. 

Other features

Like most phones, itel A36 has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner at the back as well. Also, it has an accelerometer and proximity functionality. Surprisingly, itel A36 can make games run smoothly since it has better graphic performance.
